For most countries, we can prepare a print-at-home return label for return to our warehouse free of charge. You will also receive a return note from our service representative.
Please complete this return note and enclose it with your return.
If possible, use the original packaging of the items that you would like to return to us and pack them appropriately and safely in an outer cardboard box or other suitable packaging for transport.
Attach the return label that you received from our customer service team by email to the package and return it using a branch of Deutsche Post/DHL, a DHL package shop or the postal service in your country.
After we have received and recorded your return, we will refund you the value of the goods, including shipping costs, within 14 days, to the method of payment you chose to pay for your order with.
