Online Competition
Promoters: Kitbag Limited, Greengate, Middleton, Manchester, M24 1UD 1.In order to participate in the competition, simply register for the competition before midnight (GMT) 28/05/2013, and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. 2. The competition is open to all residents of Europe, Asia and Australasia excluding employees of the Promoters, their families, agencies and anyone to whom they are professionally connected. 3. The Prize: 1. 1x used official match ball from UEFA Champions League Final 2013 / 2. 1x Jacques Lemans U41-A UEFA Champions League Final 2013 watch / 3. 1x novelty souvenir prize bundle (including Official UEFA Champions League Backpack, Polo Shirt, Windbreaker Jacket and Mug) / 4. 2x UEFA Champions League Trophy replica prize bundles (including 80mm standalone trophy, trophy on wooden pedestal, 45mm trophy in acrylic block and acrylic trophy keyring) . Only one prize per winner. The winner MUST be aged 18 or over. 4. The Promoter will not be liable for any entries which are corrupted or not received for any reason. 5. One entry per person. If more than one entry is received only the first will be accepted. 6. Competition entries must be submitted online before midnight (GMT) 28th May 2013. The winner will be selected at random from all correctly completed and submitted entries on or around Wednesday 29th May 2013 and the Promoters will notify the winner within 5 days of the draw by email or telephone and arrangements made for delivery of prizes . If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to confirm acceptance of the prize or cannot make use of the prize for any reason, the Promoters reserve the rights to select an alternative winner. 7. MasterCard Competition
This promotion is open to anyone who is authorised to make a purchase transaction on the UEFA Champions League online store, excluding employees and families of MasterCard Europe sprl, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion (“Promotion”). This Promotion is void where prohibited by local law.
Promotion Period: the Promotion is open from Tuesday 13th March 2012 until 10th April 2012.
To participate in the Promotion: simply visit the UEFA Champions League online store at http://store.uefa.com/stores/uefa/default.aspx?portal=FJ387LBI&CMP=PSC-FJ387LBI during the Promotional Period and pay using your MasterCard® card. Your purchase will automatically entitle you to entry into the prize draw on the condition you have given a valid email address. Only one entry per person will qualify for participation in the Promotion. If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted.
Prizes:
a. Main Prize: Two tickets to a UEFA Champions League Semi-Final game (April 17th – 18th or 24th - 25th April 2012). Match to be determined at a later stage. The winner (“Main Winner”) will be informed about the match and the date in due time;
b. Secondary Prize: Four runners up (“Secondary Winners”) will win each a MasterCard® prepaid card with €100.
Winners: The Main Winner and the Secondary Winners (“Winners”) will be selected by UEFA in a draw by an independent person within 10 working days of the closing date . UEFA will communicate to Promoter personal data of the Winners for the purposes of awarding the Prize.
Additional terms for the Main Prize:
a. The Prize does not include travel and accommodation, tourist visas (if required), travel insurance (mandatory), passports, meals and any applicable taxes, all of which will be the sole responsibility of the Main Winner and his/her companion.
b. Match tickets will be sent to the Main Winner prior to travel. The Promoter will liaise directly with the Main Winner regarding delivery of the Prize. Where tickets are delivered to the Main Winner by post, the Promoter will not be responsible for loss of tickets.
c. The Promoter will not be held responsible for the Main Winner and his/her companion not taking advantage of the Main Prize due to health or any other reason.
d. The Main Winner and companion may be required to participate in related publicity and by participating in the Promotion the Main Winner and his/her companion grant consent for the participation in such publicity.
The Winners will be notified by phone / email within 10 working days from the draw date and will have 10 working days from notification to acknowledge the Prize by return email and confirm they wish to accept the Prize. Failure of the Prize Winners to do this will result in the Prize being forfeited and the Promoter will at its absolute discretion award the Prize to a reserve entrant.

There is no cash or other alternative prizes available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
